Features of designing of technological processes of manufacturing of clothes at the enterprises of service

Abstract. The actuality of designing technological processes for making clothes at service enterprises is the joint functioning of the process of providing services and the production process. The author carried out a comparative analysis of the initial data for the design of technological processes. It is established that industrial production of clothes allows to analyze the assortment of clothing, its planning and forecasting. The volume and structure of services of the service enterprise is difficult to forecast in the time interval and completely depends on the demand of consumers. An analysis of the requirements for the object of designing technological processes for single and serial production of clothes at service enterprises was carried out. Two groups of requirements are considered, which are imposed on the object, which give rise to two options for choosing the object of designing technological processes. Comparative analysis showed that the design of the manufacturing process of clothing for individual orders has a longer time frame compared with small-scale production. This is due to the weighted average of design and technological work, as well as the inclusion of additional operations for the temporary assembly of the product for fitting and adjusting it after fitting. It is obvious that the increase in time and labor costs in the technological process is reflected in the cost of the finished product.
