Abstract. The authors focus of the topic of the article is due to the current national project «Digital Economy». National project «Digital Economy» sets the accelerated launch of digital technologies in the economy, and hence in light industry. Digital software (graphic, visual, text and spreadsheet editors, etc.) application in the field of light industry for clothing brands accelerates the development of methods for its design and manufacturing. The authors of the article describe step by step the complex process of clothes production of individual orders. The complex process is developed by authors and based on the materials of the Straight Lines brand (founder E.A. Suleymanova, straightlines.su). The article discusses in detail several databases created in a spreadsheet and used by a tailoring-master for clothes manufacturing in individual orders. For instance, (1) a customer database that contains a customer card with its dimensional characteristics; (2) clothes code database that combines unique codes of an alphanumeric representation developed by E.A. Suleymanova, and contains a brief description of the product of the new order, reflects its main properties and characteristics; (3) the database of orders that keeps the orders’ production paperworks. Based on the analysis of the study, the authors conclude that digital technologies application in clothes manufacturing for individual orders improves CRM-system and keeping customer documentation. Moreover, the authors show the increase of master’s efficiency due to developing working documentation, producing clothes design and organizing a complex process of clothes manufacturing. The article reasonably emphasizes that in the context of the digitalization of the economy taking place today, it is advisable to create a digital portfolio of a tailoring-master and implement distance order for clothes manufacturing. Therefore, a detailed description of the digital portfolio is given and tools for its creation are described, as well as an algorithm for distance clothes order. The distance order is based on the complex process of clothes manufacturing of customer orders. In conclusion, the authors conclude that the described digital technologies and methods of their application by a tailoring-master allow him to be included in the digital professional community, correspond modern requirements for a professional master and move on to the next stage of his professional development — digital clothes.
