The manufacturer communicates closely with the potential buyer, identifies his preferences, determines consumer requirements, and the client participates in all stages of the development of a new product with this approach. The minimum viable product (MVP) is often used at the initial stage to create a successful project. MVP has basic functional characteristics and meets the requirements of the buyer. A minimally viable product allows you to test a prototype of a new product on the market with much lower costs and get feedback from consumers about the feasibility of launching this product into production. The algorithm for creating an MVP — technological vest with a built-in functional filling that ensures the safety and comfort of a person during a tourist holiday is considered in the article. The operating conditions of the vest depend on the type of tourism, the time of year, weather conditions, and the region of travel. The results of the survey of the target audience are given and its characteristics are determined. It was revealed that the largest number of tourist trips and active recreation falls on the period from late spring to early autumn. Sudden changes in temperature and weather conditions are typical for this period. The minimum functional components that ensure its direct purpose (built-in heating elements to protect against cooling and a GPS sensor for notification) are defined for the future product — a vest for tourism and outdoor activities. The practical significance of the presented research results can be used in the design of clothing of various assortment at enterprises of the industry at any level. The method of creating a minimal viable product, discussed in the article, will increase customer satisfaction and production efficiency.

Keywords: clothing for tourism; high-tech vest; minimally viable product; MVP creation algorithm; sociological research; target audience

Shalmina Irina Ivanovna Omsk State Technical University, Omsk, Russia E-mail: i.shalmina@gmail.com ORCID: https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7569-1921 RSCI: https://elibrary.ru/author_profile.asp?id=477032 Researcher ID: https://www.researcherid.com/rid/AAG-3782-2020 Starovoitova Anastasia Alexandrovna Omsk State Technical University, Omsk, Russia E-mail: styra.ru@mail.ru ORCID: https://orcid.org/0000-0002-1891-2679 RSCI: https://elibrary.ru/author_profile.asp?id=442372 Akhmedova Dana Ibragimovna Omsk State Technical University, …

[37,5

post-1641","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-vol7-no3","category-article
["GET
