The paper presents an analysis of modern finishing elements of garments. As part of the research work, a number of experiments were carried out on applying 3D-printed forms from Flex-filament to fabric substrates made of calico, gabardine, waffle fabric and other textile materials. The optimal conditions for applying polymer molds from Flex-material to the tested textile materials have been studied and found. The temperature and pressure of the manual heat press are the key parameters for high adhesion of models to the substrate. A number of experiments were carried out using solid-state tooling to improve pressure distribution during fixation of 3D printed forms.
