Abstract.<\/strong> In the work, the theory of similarity and dimension analysis was used to develop a methodology for predicting consumer properties of special-purpose materials.<\/p>\n

The developed methodology for predicting the wear resistance of special-purpose materials after exposure to repeated washings and ironing cycles, including the stages of research, mathematical processing of results, modeling and constructing dependencies through structural elements of indicators that determine wear resistance during the exposure of the studied factors.<\/p>\n

With the help of similarity theory and dimensional analysis, the initial parameters of the properties and structure of special-purpose materials intended for the manufacture of military clothing are combined into several dimensionless indicators and their complexes for modeling the values of the wear resistance of fabrics (changes in linear dimensions and breaking load) after exposure to wear factors (multiple washings and ironing cycles).<\/p>\n

Studies have been conducted to determine the wear resistance indicators based on standard methods for assessing the quality of special-purpose materials.<\/p>\n

The conditions of similarity of the physical processes occurring in the model and the full-scale object are established, and the test results of the model to the conditions of the full-scale object are presented. Functional dependences between physical parameters are transformed into criteria equations.<\/p>\n

The models of forecasting (at 0 \u2264 N \u2264 25) the area of fabrics changed under the influence of multiple washings, the breaking load on the base and the weft of special-purpose materials after exposure to multiple washings and ironing cycles are determined.<\/p>\n

Mathematical models make it possible to predict the wear resistance of fabrics for military clothing with high accuracy using a system of equations describing the change in individual indicators after exposure to the studied factors.<\/p>\n
