Art), Moscow, Russia<br \/>\nE-mail: AASokovishin@gmail.com<br \/>\nRSCI: <a href=\"https:\/\/elibrary.ru\/author_profile.asp?id=1227961\">https:\/\/elibrary.ru\/author_profile.asp?id=1227961<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Abstract.<\/strong> The article raises the important problem for Russian design of positioning the ornamental style of the famous brand \u00abPavlovsky Posad kerchiefs and shawls\u00bb as a Russian style. For the third century, the rose motif, which adorns the ornamental composition of the famous Pavlovsky Posad shawls, as an iconic form passed down by craftsmen from generation to generation, has been associated with Russian culture. The Pavlovsky Posad rose is perceived by our contemporaries as a traditional Russian ornamental motif. Modern Pavlovsky Posad kerchiefs and shawls are in demand by consumers in Russia and abroad, they are perceived as a marker of Russian culture, thanks to which the world&#8217;s leading fashion designers include them in their collections and use them in modeling the author&#8217;s costume. Such fashion designers as V.M. Zaitsev, D. Simachev, A. Marras, Ya. and A. Shevchenko, D. and G. Gvasalia, L. Batekhin, L. Hos\u0441hek use Pavlovsky Posad shawls as a dominant accessory in the author&#8217;s costume models and color shawls to create new forms of costume from them. The famous Pavlovsky Posad printed pattern with a characteristic rose motif in a bright contrasting decorative presentation or in a composition of converging tones always creates an attractive accent in the figurative solution of the costume. A recognizable print with a rose motif decorated the author&#8217;s models of jackets, skirts, dresses, coats and even men&#8217;s suits, it was used in the decoration of modern youth costume forms, covering bombers, hoodies, hoodies, jumpsuits, shorts, bikinis. Covering the entire suit, decorating the lining or superimposed in a patchwork style on another fabric, the traditional Russian rose print is always relevant and new. The Russian theme in the art of costume will always be a source of inspiration for fashion designers from different countries.
