This is especially true for wedding ceremonies, when the wedding ensemble of the bride and groom as a whole should organically fit into the ceremony of the entire event \u2014 the nuances of etiquette and respect for elders, tribute to national music and dancing, meeting the newlyweds, serving national dishes, etc. Traditions, customs, and mentality are closely intertwined at such weddings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The article considers wedding ensembles in folk style as a vivid example of combining fashionable modernity with the history and culture of a certain ethnic group.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Important components of the design in this case are the compositional characteristics of the models and the choice of materials and finishes in accordance with national characteristics; material properties, the nature of its texture, color combination; the choice of a model-constructive solution to achieve the required shape; the transfer of the originality of the ensemble decoration using modern tools and technologies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The authors propose sketches of stylized wedding ensembles with national motifs, consider the traditional values of the Chuvash national costume for the wedding ceremony, develop a unique modern wedding ensemble with elements of the Chuvash national costume, propose an original combination of model-constructive solutions for the outfits of the bride and groom, modern materials, colors, options for decoration, finishing and fabric processing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thus, the issues of designing wedding clothes in the Year of the Family become particularly relevant, where aspects of the iconic and symbolic functions of the bride and groom&#8217;s attire come to the fore.
