Art), Moscow, Russia<br \/>\nE-mail: galina-petushkova@mail.ru<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Abstract.<\/strong> The article actualizes the issues of transdisciplinary approach to the study of costume problems within the framework of the cultural and historical process of development of the society of the 21st century. The methodological basis of the issues of the evolutionary development of the costume form is traced in its structural-morphological, semiotic, futurological (prognostic) aspect during the transition to a modern synergetic worldview in the assessment of fashion processes. The cyclical dynamics of fashion in the studies of specialist designers, cultural scientists, sociologists, philosophers, mathematicians, economists is considered, statistical models of different periods are compared, which show the time frames of the historical \u00abpulsation\u00bb of various form-generating elements of the costume form of the 19th\u201320th centuries, their connection with a series of Fibonacci numbers is revealed. It is shown that in cultural studies the cyclicity of evolutionary processes of fashion is considered within the framework of fractal methodology, and the term \u00abfractal\u00bb is understood as one of the \u00abtransdisciplinary concepts\u00bb that makes it possible to construct a general explanatory model of the historical dynamics of culture in general and fashion in particular. The possibility of applying the principles of infinity and processuality; self-similarity, iteration and recursiveness, the influence of internal variations of fashion on the system of form (stochastic fractals) or its external modifications (aleatory fractals) is considered. The mechanisms of transmission and reproduction of cultural forms and meanings; the algorithm of their functioning; the rules of meaning formation, form formation and self-organization are of a fractal nature.
