Abstract.<\/strong> The article presents the results of a study conducted on the basis of Gloria Jeans Corporation JSC and the Kosygin Russian State University of Economics (Technologies. Design. Art) in order to identify the relevance of the concept of the methodology of sketch design of women’s shoes and accessories in applied computer programs.<\/p>\n

Artistic design is an important part of the production and manufacture of light industry products. The process of sketch design is a part of artistic modeling and forms the basis of the work. The development of design and production processes is aimed not only at economic benefits, but also at satisfying the interests of the consumer. The shoe industry is a prime example of an industry where there is intense competition for customers. The ever-increasing demands on shoe design and quality, while simultaneously reducing the time needed to develop new models and launch them into mass production, as well as keeping prices at a competitive level, literally force manufacturers to implement the latest technologies at all stages of product design and manufacture. In modern conditions of digitalization, sketch design is often carried out in software products of computer-aided design systems.<\/p>\n

Today, thanks to the development of computer technology, it is possible to use various application programs to automate and optimize the design process of leather products. Given the great achievements in the field of computer technology, the problem of improving and performing functions in minimal time in application programs remains relevant.<\/p>\n

Such studies are conducted within the framework of the research plan of the Kosygin Russian State University in accordance with clause 2.12 \u00abSynergy of processes for the production of leather products in the context of digitalization\u00bb and are expected to be introduced into the educational process of the Department of Artistic Modeling, Design and Technology of Leather Products, Kosygin Russian State University. (Technology. Design. Art) in the form of a teaching aid.<\/p>\n
