As part of the research, the authors analyzed measurement techniques and selected a contact method using a flexible measuring tape to record linear and girth characteristics in a static position and when the hands are clenched into fists. The research was conducted by the authors at the Department of Leather Technology at the A.N. Kosygin Russian State University, with the participation of male athletes aged 18\u201335 from the Bogatyr Combat Center, located at 1 Lenin Square, Krasnoznamensk, Moscow Region. This approach is being developed as part of Polina Olegovna Knyazeva&#8217;s dissertation, \u00abJustification and Development of Combat Sports Equipment Designs\u00bb. The author presents the results of statistical analysis of the anthropometric information to create a database.
