Abstract. The article describes the development of progressive technological processes for manufacturing various types of clothes in the studio under the Center for Child Development and Training «Orange Miracle», Moscow.

As a result of the performed research, a SWOT-analysis of enterprise under study was carried out. It has been found that the strengths of enterprise represent a large base of long-established clients — 86%, while the limitations are an unsaturated assortment in comparison with competitors.

The analysis of lines in fashion and selection of assortment for designed models were made. On this basis the primary drawings and drawings of model structures for the products being designed were developed. The curves of details were developed by taking into account the seam allowances.

The selection of equipment and materials was made. The modes of wet-heat treatment were selected for a product. The calculation of the amount of total waste for cutting projected products was made for cutting: 45% and for laying: 35%. The technological processing sequence of products was established and according to these data a graph of technological functions (Appendices A and B) was been constructed. The units cost, as well as their total cost were calculated.
