Abstract. The article describes the result of the study of the problem of introducing a dress code for students of the University of Minin, as the implementation of corporate culture in the university. The analysis of approaches of domestic authors to corporate culture in the university is carried out. The views of leading scientists on the dress code are presented. The research in the article is carried out by means of a questionnaire. The study conducted by the authors made it possible to establish that more than half of the students (62,5 %) in the school wore uniforms, but this does not give them an unambiguous attitude. However, if the dress code is introduced in the university, 68,8 % will implement it, and 71,9 % are already ready to participate in the experiment on its implementation at one of the faculties. The results of the survey made it possible to identify the main advantages of the modern dress code for students of higher education, among which: at one of the leading places is the formation of taste for a business suit, the formation of a sense of style and measures, adherence to rules and norms of business style. Unacceptable attributes of students’ clothes of the University are distinguished: sports, short and ultra-mini clothes, as well as the presence of insignia of other universities. Following the corporate colors of the University of Minnesota and the desire to be an integral part of the educational institution is confirmed in the choice of color combinations – both for young people and for girls the trend is the presence of a red element in clothes and the mandatory presence of corporate symbols of the University of Minin. The students support the observance of the corporate dress code and university teachers. Based on the results obtained, it is planned to gradually introduce elements of corporate culture for students of the university, taking into account the formulated recommendations.
