Abstract. In this article, the authors conduct a comprehensive analysis of the tourist motorcycle jacket as a high -tech element of protective equipment. The main attention is paid to the design features, the materials and technologies used that provide maximum comfort, functionality and safety of the motorcyclist on long trips.
The relevance of the work is due to the need to carry out a complex engineering and technological analysis of modern tourist motor cores in order to determine optimal materials, structural solutions and technologies that increase the operational characteristics of the products. In conditions of limited imports of specialized equipment and the lack of unified national standards, this study is of practical significance for the development and production of domestic analogues that meet world requirements for protection, comfort and reliability.
The scientific novelty of the study consists in conducting a detailed comparative assessment of materials and structural solutions of a tourist motorcycle jacket using engineering criteria for suitability: wear resistance, water and vapor permeability, impact absorption and ergonomics. For the first time within the framework of one study, a comprehensive system of parameters was proposed to evaluate the effectiveness of equipment elements based on tabular analysis and use expert methods for evaluating functional elements.
The aim of the work is to evaluate the effectiveness of materials and technological solutions used in tourist motorcycle jackets. The authors consider the materials in terms of their wear resistance, breathability, water resistance, as well as compatibility with various climatic conditions. Particular attention is paid to security standards and the choice of protective inserts that meet European requirements.
Thus, the article reveals the current aspects of the production of motorcycle clothing, which is of interest to specialists in the field of textile technologies, technical design and innovative modeling of equipment.
