Abstract. The article presents a study of the method of embedding a heating device into a product with subsequent testing. Clothing with heating elements is needed to ensure comfort and keep warm when ordinary clothing does not provide a comfortable stay in certain conditions. Today, clothing with heating is widely used in various fields. It is popular among outdoor enthusiasts, hunters, fishermen and other types of outdoor activities. A vest, as a wardrobe item, is universal, since it can be worn in various variations, creating a multi-layered image, a variety of styles. Studying the properties of materials for sewing clothes is necessary to create high-quality, comfortable, durable and aesthetically attractive clothing. For a vest with heating elements, it is important to study the properties of the lining, since it is to it that the heating device is attached. In order to understand how the materials will interact with the device during operation, it is necessary to check the sliding and friction of the material. Since the vest is under clothing, it is important to take into account its thickness, for this you need to measure the thickness of the package of materials for making the vest. The selected heating device is based on several heating elements, which are polymer panels that heat up when current is supplied through them. The process of embedding the heating device into the product is divided into several parts: fastening the plates to the lining of the product, fastening the wires, bringing out the power button and USB cable for recharging. An undergarment vest with heating elements is a necessary wardrobe item for many people. It provides point and adjustable heating, significantly increasing comfort, reduces the risk of frostbite and diseases, and improves blood circulation.
