Abstract. Currently, deviations in the physical development of children and adolescents, endocrine disorders are increasingly common, which actualize the interest of researchers in the possibility of developing biotechnical areas in the design of clothing, which allow regulating the state of the human body, maintaining emotional and thermal stability. Clothing forms not only a favorable living environment, but also transforms a person’s lifestyle, stabilizing physical and emotional stress, taking into account the parameters of thermal and energy homeostasis, which control the main parameters of the body’s vital activity. Anthropometric studies have revealed the localization and topography of fat deposits, the correction of typical dimensional features. Taking into account the demand of consumers, a school kit for children with excess body weight of increased comfort has been developed, in which biological and technical elements are coordinated to ensure the integrity of design tasks, synchronization with consumer requests.

The authors have developed ergonomic schemes of the main frequently encountered movements, corresponding to school operating conditions. A design with rational divisions, coordinated and subordinated to the elements of the neck and armholes, creating freedom of movement and ease of use, was built. The optimal design combines mathematical models of heat and mass transfer with traditional methods of clothing design, providing regulation of the state of the body, restoration of skin disorders. The authors carried out a sensory analysis, which confirmed the rationally set parameters during the design, acting as a single coordinated mechanism that ensures the integrity of the biosystem.
