Automation of calculation of heat-protective clothing in the formation of the structure of the package of materials

Abstract. The article deals with topical issues related to the automation of design of light industry products. The purpose of the study is to develop a software implementation of the calculation of heat-protective clothing, providing a comfortable thermal state of the person and the formation of the structure of the package of materials. The article presents a description and outlines the main stages of the application program for the calculation of heat-protective clothing under the conditions of providing thermal comfort and determining the amount of increases in the thickness of the clothing package on the main structural belts. The application program is developed by the author in the graphical environment AutoCAD and using the built-in programming language AutoLisp. The databases required for the operation of the program were created using Microsoft Access. The work of the program is built from several parts: setting the initial data by entering them, or selecting from the appropriate databases; thermal calculation, and the calculation of the structure of the package of materials for each site. With the help of the software proposed by the author, it is possible to calculate the thermal resistance of clothing in different parts of the human body, taking into account its height, weight, as well as climatic conditions and changing meteorological parameters of the environment, to form the structure of the package of materials in the online mode, to determine the total thickness of the package and the amount of increases. The program allows you to check the correctness of the selection of a package of materials by calculating the relative error. The use of this software product in the garment industry will automate the process of calculating heat-protective clothing, increases in the thickness of the clothing package, provided that the comfortable condition of the person, as well as the formation of a package of materials.
