Abstract. The article presents the method of developing the digital animated presentation of clothing. The features of the design stages of digital products of fashion industry are considered, taking into account the immersive effect.
The author provides an overview of the current state of development of immersive technologies in the global context. Immersiveness is defined as immersion in technologically recreated, virtually simulated conditions. The aim of the research is to develop the design method for apparel industry in the virtual space. The article presents the results of work on the implementation of the developed method. The objective of the annual conferences at the Museum of Cosmonautics was to create the virtual reality that immerses users in the world of space fashion. In order to popularize space themes, celestial bodies were chosen as objects for digital fashion show.
Experts noted that the immersing experience achieved awakens not only imagination, but also interest in real cosmonauts.
The research results were obtained using a software package for creating three-dimensional graphics and animation CLO3D, Style3D, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc. The article shows that the introduction of immersing technologies in the fashion industry helps strengthen emotional connection with the audience. The development of the direction will become a new stage in the transformation of the presentation types in apparel industry.
The global experience of implementing immersive technologies that combine the digital and physical worlds shows effectiveness in interacting with potential customers, as well as contributes to the innovative development of the industry.
