Abstract. The article discusses modern digital technologies for designing light industry products, as well as practical examples of their use. Special attention is given to the capabilities of artificial intelligence and augmented reality. It is noted that the use of artificial intelligence technologies (in particular, generative models) is already having a significant impact on the economy, and in the light industry, it can lead to the optimization and acceleration of various production stages. Modern generative neural networks have been used in product design for several years. The study of their capabilities in generating three-dimensional data has led to the development of services that can create three-dimensional models based on user requests in a matter of minutes. Compared to manual modeling, which requires extensive use of specialized software, these tools allow for the creation of a three-dimensional representation of a product in a short amount of time. The article identifies the current challenges associated with using these services and their potential applications in the light industry. It also highlights the benefits of using mobile tools for automating various business processes and discusses specific software solutions for addressing these tasks. The article proposes a mobile application that allows users to view 3D models created by neural network services based on textual requests and display them in augmented reality. This research is part of the dissertation work of Antoshko V.A.
