Abstract. One of the stages of the work on the topic was the development of a technique for designing new forms of knitwear with a mono-ornament design. A bank of options for monorapports of a geometrized ornament with various graphic fillings was created. The task was posed, as with the same character of the ornamental motive, using the functions of computer programs, to create a variable series of new original costume solutions.
