Abstract. The calculation of the spectra of the mechanical impact of the working bodies on the basis of selected structural elements of technological equipment on the processed leather and fur raw materials and semi-finished products was carried out. During liquid processing, when transporting the hide between feed rolls, plates and squeeze rolls, it is subjected to various deformations in the processing zones: compression, bending, vibration and impacts with a given frequency. This makes it possible to determine the values of technological processing parameters based on the results of spectral analysis. Structural elements of technological equipment are selected taking into account the energy impact on the structural elements of skin tissue and the skin itself in a given frequency range. The spectrum of mechanical impact is determined both by the speed of movement of the object being processed and by the shape of the working parts of the equipment acting on the object being processed. The compression process, taking into account complete relaxation after the skin sections leave the rolls, can be considered as the action of a single wave. When slabs containing balls are subjected to vibration, their envelopes of frequency action on the casing can also be represented as a superposition of single waves, the shape of which is determined by the geometric dimensions of the slab and part of the balls. protruding on the slab, moving along the surface of the skin at a given speed. Under the frequency action of the plates, due to the finite thickness of the skin in the gap between them, the depth of deformation can be represented by a periodic function in a given period. Representation in the form of an integral and expansion into a Fourier series of the resulting dependencies allows us to obtain their spectra. Analysis of the obtained frequency spectra shows that when processing raw materials and semi-finished products, the latter are exposed to the working elements of technological equipment in the frequency range: due to deformation caused by the frequency envelope of the plate, — from 0 to 8×10-2 Hz; due to deformation caused by the compression force of the rolls, — from 0 to 0,5 Hz; due to the deformation caused by the bending frequency of the balls, — from 0 to 1,2 Hz. In addition, raw materials and semi-finished products experience direct vibration due to the reciprocating motion of the plate. The choice of design of the working parts of the technological equipment provides intense frequency impact on raw materials and semi-finished products in the range from 10-3 to 102 Hz during vibration-liquid processing of leather and fur raw materials and semi-finished products.
