Abstract. This article examines in detail the importance of investing in high-quality branded workwear as an essential component of corporate identity. The article analyzes how branded uniforms help strengthen cohesion and team spirit among employees, increase brand awareness, and strengthen the trust and loyalty of future university applicants and guests. The corporate identity of the University includes unique values, principles and visual elements that distinguish it from competitors and resonate with the target audience. Branded workwear is a clear reflection of the ethics, culture and professionalism of the University. These are not just clothes worn by employees, but a powerful tool for conveying brand messages, improving the quality of service to buildings and territories, and strengthening a sense of belonging among staff. Branded uniforms play an important role in shaping public opinion about the University and its values. The corporate identity is based on the fundamental values and mission that define the educational institution’s activities and decision-making processes. These values define the University’s purpose, principles, and obligations to stakeholders, including employees, customers, and the community. By acting accordingly, the University manages to achieve the trust and authenticity that are necessary to build long-term relationships with stakeholders. In addition, the article discusses key aspects based on examples of the development of workwear for University employees, Kazan National Research Technological University, who effectively used workwear to strengthen their corporate identity.
