Abstract. The article studies the properties of materials for modern clothing with national motifs, formulates the advantages of modern clothing for its positioning in the informational support of targeting. The necessity of developing new approaches to decorating products with national motifs is substantiated. It is proposed to develop garments using resource-saving methods for decorating women’s stage dresses to increase their durability. It is proposed to use threadless technologies to save time and material resources in the manufacture of large batches of garments.

A historical excursion through the national traditions in Turkic clothing determined the structure of the information that can be borrowed in the future for use in modern design solutions. Structured information about the history of the turkic peoples costume allows you to find out the elements of the costume and their description. The information was prepared by the authors and may be useful for completing collections of modern clothes using national motifs.

A research plan has been formulated to substantiate the advantages of clothes that have a new type of technological processing: (1) the linear dimensions change after wet-heat treatments; (2) the wear resistance in the process of exposure to dry friction forces (abrasion). The introduction of threadless ultrasonic welding technology is proposed to save labor costs, as well as reduce material consumption.

The proposal to save resources makes it possible to reduce the cost of modern clothes collections for mass dances, to develop a step-by-step technology for the production of low power. The algorithm of analyzing information about national clothes trends, experimental studies and formulating the benefits of a garment has been formed prior to making changes to products and targeting advertising.
