Abstract. This article explores the use of the crochet technique in modern clothing design as a new stage of evolution for creating creative handicrafts, which is particularly valuable in an era of mass production. As a personalization tool, Kroshe promotes self-expression and the creation of an individual image and style. The article explores the rethinking of identity in the world of fashion, where the uniqueness and history of each item are valued, as well as environmental awareness and the pursuit of sustainable consumption. A sociological survey was conducted to identify the attitude of modern women towards crochet and the creation of individual looks with crochet items. The survey revealed that clothing consumers understand that the integration of crochet in the modern fashion world opens up new opportunities for both creative self-expression and professional growth for those who practice crochet. The research results in the authors’ presentation of a collection of modern women’s clothing models made using the crochet technique. The presented combinatorial methods will contribute to the vivid self-presentation of the collection’s products, allowing for the expansion of the options for combining the collection’s models when combining openwork products, both among themselves and with the inclusion of products from different product and model lines. Various accessories can add individuality to your look, creating a mood and completing the overall image.
